New York, June 9 (ANI): Robert Pattinson has revealed that he once got into a row with Adele after trying to give the singer some career advice.

During an appearance on Canada's 'George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight' on Thursday, the 26-year-old actor recalled the night he wished he could forget.

I had this argument with Adele, which is probably the most ridiculous thing I've ever said, the New York Daily News quoted the 'Twilight' star as saying.

Pattinson explained that he had approached the British chart topping singer and felt the urge to tell her, You know, you can just really reach for it!!

And (Adele) was like, 'You do realize, I'm, like, the biggest-selling female artist ever, Pattinson said.

And for some reason, I decided to get into an argument with her about it.
