London, Apr 17 (ANI): Nicki Minaj has deleted her Twitter account after brief spat with a fan who leaked music from her new album.

The 29-year-old singer and rapper has pulled down her social networking page after a fan site NickiDaily posted tracks from her relaunched album 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded'.

And that's exactly why I'm paying the barbz DUST right now! the Daily Daily Mail quoted her as tweeting.

And deleting my twitter. Smdh - don't cry for me argentina.

Like seriously, its but so much a person can take. Good f***ing bye, she tweeted.

But Minaj did return to the microblogging network on Sunday for a brief period telling followers she would be looking for a new set of 'barbz' her nickname for her fans.

On second thought I'll just follow a new set of barbz. The ones I follow r very mean and ratchet. side eyes them *looks into the sea for more, she added.

NickiDaily.com has also pulled down their site and the link simply leads to a page that says closed.

The singer now has 30 days to reinstate her account should she change her mind. (ANI)
