Washington, Apr 14 (ANI): The gigantic ring Angelina Jolie has been flashing around after Brad Pitt proposed to her recently is estimated to cost 250,000 dollars.

The 48-year-old actor got the emerald cut diamond ring specially designed for his lady love through their personal jeweller Robert Procop.

Jolie, 36, flashed her new engagement ring from her partner of seven years when the couple attended a private art viewing at LACMA Wednesday.

Emerald cut diamonds have fewer facets so they're don't have the sparkle of other cuts, but that also means that they need to be the best quality, jewellery expert Michael O'Connor told Us Magazine of the centre stone, which is approximately six carats.
