London, Feb 8n (ANI): Michael Jackson's dad Joe is reportedly trying to drag some media bosses to court for publishing a photo of the late King of Pop showing him fighting for his life.

According to TMZ.com, Jackson senior has filed legal documents asking a court to acknowledge his right to take action against editors who published the snap, reports the Daily Star.

Although Joe has not specified the photos he is outraged about, pics showing MJ being taken out of his home and into an ambulance were widely circulated after the pop legend died last June.

Joe's lawyer Brian Oxman said the published photos breached the family's privacy and has requested a judge to allow him access to medical records so that legal proceeding can be initiated against those allowed the image to be printed. (ANI)
