Washington, July 20 (ANI): English model Kate Moss has refused to give up smoking, insisting it's who I am.

Moss, who is always seen with a cigarette in her hand, is blind to the health risks and is determined not to give up.

It's who I am. I don't want to create a phony facade. I think I just have to be myself, otherwise I'd just be a paranoid mess, Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
