Washington, July 20 (ANI): Rocker Pete Doherty's arrest warrant has been withdrawn just hours after it was issued - in an ongoing row over missed court appearances.
The Babyshambles frontman was expected to appear in court in Somerset, England on 17July to enter a plea after allegedly attacking a female press photographer last summer (07).
He was charged with criminal damage to Catherine Mead's camera lens following the incident.
But after the star failed to show up - his second missed hearing in the case - magistrates in Yeovil, Somerset issued a warrant for his arrest without bail.
However, following intervention from Doherty's lawyers the warrant was ithdrawn just a few hours later.
The matter has been resolved and the warrant has been withdrawn, Contactmusic quoted the singer's rep, as saying. (ANI)
